Knowing the expertise of the authors, I’m not surprised that they came up with such an ingenious and fun way to help kids of all abilities benefit from regular, targeted movements. These exercises are adaptable to many settings, but as a librarian I can see them finding a place in both in-person and virtual story times.

Once again the authors have created a useful and fun tool for parents, grandparents, medical practitioners, teachers and care takers. I can't wait to "play these games" with my toddler granddaughter. Great to be able to take advantage of the authors' professional talents.

Like all of Carol & Joye’s ideas this mini-moves one is truly ingenious. Parents today are visual learners too and this format of weekly schedules is great for learning and working with their children.
